At Aponi's Earrings, we take pride in creating beautiful handcrafted earrings with exceptional attention to detail.

Returns

We gladly accept returns of unused, unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn and unused.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Earrings that have been worn or used.
• Customized or personalized items.
• Items damaged through normal wear or improper care.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
